Nic is a seasoned professional in the UK Healthcare Industry, starting his sales career with Olympus in 1989, where he spent 14 years within the Gastroenterology and Surgical divisions of the business. His knowledge and interest in the technical aspects of products saw a move to Medtronic’s Gastro/Uro Division in 2003 where he was at the forefront of developments in Neuro-Modulation’s use in Faecal and Urinary Incontinence treatment. Career progression came with a Sales Management role in a Start-Up business in 2005 where success and company growth led to further career development as UK Sales Director in 2013. Reaching UK turnover of £20m, Medical Innovations Group became the target for acquisition by US based Cantel Medical, where Nic developed his relationship with both suppliers and Distributors (including GS Medical in Ireland). He was instrumental in bringing new concepts into the Infection Prevention space, partnering with UK business EMS Healthcare to deliver a number of mobile Endoscopy Decontamination Units, filling a need for decontamination contingency through Hospital Decontamination Department refurbishment programs. He became UK Managing Director at Cantel early in 2021.

When the opportunity to join the Team at GSM presented itself early in 2022, Nic jumped at the chance to work alongside John and Bill Green and the expert Team at GSM and providing the opportunity to do what he loves, contributing to the success and growth of the UK Business, finding a little time to walk his two St Bernards and play some tennis when he can!
